Irish Maid
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Irish Maid is very similar to a classic Whiskey Smash, also known as the Irish version of Kentucky Maid! It’s the perfect St. Patrick’s Day cocktail! It’s floral and refreshing — with the burst of aromatics like mint and rose, and the refreshing touch of cucumber. The weather is so nice and warm in California right now, I feel like it’s the perfect cocktail to look to celebrate this this spring and summer!

In a shaker, add
Cucumber - 4 slices
Mint leaves - 4
Muddle
Add
Irish Whiskey - 2 oz
Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz
Simple Syrup - 3/4 oz
Rose Water - 2 drops
Aquafaba - 1/2 oz
Ice
Shake
Strain into a serving glass of your preference. We recommend a chilled Coupe or a DOF. Don’t forget to Garnish with a mint leaf or a cucumber slice.
