Here is a drink you can make for your honey on Valentine’s Day. Our version of Aperol Spritz is a riff on the classic cocktail with a little twist — blood orange! It’s pleasantly citrusy, low in alcohol, sparkling and refreshing.

What you will need

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • Dry Prosecco — 3 oz

  • Aperol — 1-2 oz

  • Club Soda — 1 oz

  • Blood Orange Juice — 1 oz

  • Orange Slices — for garnish

Directions

  1. Add ice to a wine to a wine glass or a lowball glass.

  2. Add a few slices of blood orange or regular orange.

  3. Pour in the dry prosecco.

  4. Pour in the Aperol.

  5. Pour in a splash of soda.

  6. Top it off with blood orange juice.

  7. Stir gently to combine.
